Returns

We gurantee all the items we sell to be in NEW perfect condition with no defects. Even if the item is in perfect condition but if, for any reason you are not 100% satisified with your order, please contact us for prompt refund or an exchange.

We allow up to 14 Days from the date you receive your order to inspect the items you purchase and request for return or exchange.

Some rules apply though;

  • Item must be new, unused condition with tags still in tact.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping to us, unless the product is defective
  • If the order was eligible for free shipping offer, the refund amount will be less shipping.
  • Shipping cost to the buyer is not refundable.

Exchanges

We also allow exchanges. Pretty much same rules from returns apply to exchanges as well. Here's how it works:

  • Exchange request must be made before the end of 14 days after you receive the item.
  • Item must be new, unused condition with tags still in tact.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping to us, unless the product is defective
  • If the order was eligible for free shipping offer, the refund amount will be less shipping.
  • Shipping cost to the buyer is not refundable.
  • Buyer pays for shipping new item.
  • Price differences will be adjusted to the same payment method.
