SHIPPING: All in-stock bags are usually shipped the same day if ordered before 9pm Central. How do you know if a handbag or a product is in stock? If you can add to shopping cart, it's in stock! It may take anywhere from 2-5 business days within US, depending on the type of shipment selected upon check out and delivery location. For International destinations, it'll take anywhere from 7-21 business days depending on the country's customs. If you need urgent shipment, please select Express shipping method.

FEES: FashFire.com charges flat rate ground shipping of $7.99 for the first item and $2.99 each additional item to ship to 48 contiguous states. There is an additional charge of $9.99 per shipment for those in HI, AK. We also ship International including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, China, and Canada for flat rate of $31.99 for first item and $9.99 each additional items. We also offer express (overnight) shipping methods, please select appropriate shipping method upon check out.

US DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY: You may return un-used items that were shipped to US Address in its original shape (in original packaging & tags) for up to 14 days from shipped date for 100% refund with NO RESTOCKING FEE! (shipping fees are non-refundable). After 14 days and up to 30 days, you may still return in its original condition for 15% restocking fee. After 30 days returns will not be accepted. Again shipping fees are non-refundable. Any defects during shipment needs to have proof photos of the damaged package.
